At Noli Studios, we know everyone arrives with different plans. This page walks you through how our stays work, from the booking types to furnishing options, pricing and other useful things to know. You can explore everything at your own pace before moving on to the booking itself.

Choose your setup for a Flexible and Fixed Stay

When booking a Flexible or a Fixed Stay, you’ll pick the equipment level that suits you.
You can choose a lightly equipped studio that you can style your own way, or a fully equipped studio that’s ready from day one.

Lightly equipped and ready for your personal touch!

Lightly equipped studios include the essentials:

Bed or beds
Dining table and chairs
Lighting
Kitchen appliances
Dishwasher
Fridge & freezer
Induction stove
An oven or a microwave (depends on the Studio type and the location you choose)
Wardrobe and other fixed furnishing

You can make the studio feel like yours with your own small furniture and personal items.

Fully equipped

Fully equipped studios include everything from the lightly equipped option, plus:

Bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows) and towels
Curtains and sheers, as well as a rug
Tableware
Hotel toiletries
Pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils
Wall art
Reading lamps

Some of the bigger studios also include sofa and washing machine. Everything is set up for you, so arriving with just a suitcase is enough.

How pricing works for Flexible and Fixed Stays

Both ways of stays allow you to book with us for one month or longer.

Flex Stays

The monthly rate gets lower the longer you stay; the graph shows the overall trend. The lowest rate is always reached with a 12-month stay.

If you book 12 months right away, that lowest rate stays the same for your whole stay.
If you book a shorter Flexible Stay, the price will change when you extend. Each time you add more months, your rate adjusts to match your total stay length.
If the new rate is lower, you also get a credit for the difference so that you end up paying according to the stay you actually complete.

A simple example:

Book 1 month – you pay the 1-month rate.
Extend to 2 months – your next month uses the lower 2-month rate, and you are credited the difference from month one.
Extend again – the rate drops again and the same logic applies.
If you estimated a longer stay at the time of booking but leave earlier, the final bill adjusts to match the shorter total stay. It works both ways so that pricing is transparent and fair.

Flexible Stays allow you to be as flexible as you wish – They are designed to fit into your needs.

Fixed Stays

The monthly rate is locked from the moment of booking and does not change, no matter how long you stay. The price you confirm at the time of reservation applies for the entire duration of your stay.

If you book a Fixed Stay, the dates are locked in. It is not possible to shorten, extend, or modify the booking once it has been confirmed. This makes it a suitable option only for those who are certain about their plans and do not expect any changes.

A simple example:

Book 6 months – you pay the same fixed monthly rate for all 6 months.
Even if market rates change or longer stays would normally be cheaper, your price remains unchanged.
The booking cannot be adjusted after confirmation, so the stay duration stays exactly as originally agreed.

Fixed Stays offer lower price, its stability and full predictability, but require commitment — they are designed for guests who are already confident about their exact length of stay.

Good to know before booking a Flexible and Fixed Stay

Flexible move‑in dates

You can book your stay for exactly the time you need, so your move‑in doesn’t have to be at the turn of the month.

Please mind these times when booking:
Check‑in after 15:00
Check‑out by 11:00

Confirming your booking

Your booking is confirmed once you complete the payment at the end of the booking flow.
At the time of booking, you are also required to pay a one-month security deposit and a one-off booking fee.
